Customer Cancellation:
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by providing a written notice via email or through their online account.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.
- If a customer cancels within the first 7 days of a new billing cycle and has not used any services during that period, they may request a full refund.
Company Cancellation:
- We reserve the right to cancel a subscription at any time due to non-payment, violation of terms, or misuse of services.
- If we cancel the subscription for reasons unrelated to customer misconduct, a prorated refund may be issued for unused service periods.
- We will provide a 7-day written notice before terminating an active subscription, except in cases of fraud or abuse.
Terms of Service
- Service Scope: The subscription grants customers access to our handyman services and priority scheduling. All work performed is billed at an hourly rate, which will be communicated before scheduling. Customers are responsible for the cost of any materials needed for repairs or projects. Estimates for labor and materials will be provided before work begins, and payment is due upon completion.
- Billing & Payments: Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled. Payments must be made in full before service is rendered.
- Service Appointments: Customers must schedule services in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a rescheduling fee.
- Liability: We are not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, misuse, or improper maintenance of a property.
- Modifications: We may update these terms as needed, with notice provided to customers before changes take effect.
